Ricotta Gnocchi with Pesto Cream

The great flavour and texture of these gnocchi comes from the pastured Jersey milk that we use to make our ricotta.

Ricotta, parmesan, eggs, wheat-flour, salt, basil pesto (contains nuts & garlic), jersey cream. Vegetables: vary but no peppers or brinjal.
